How can y’all close my account then keep my money?I don’t understand how y’all can close my account when did everything perfectly with Varo bank account my advance payment was always paid three weeks earlier than my due date my account is always a positive balance and if for some reason one time it was a negative balance it got handled immediately and then you’re given no explanation for doing soAnd then can’t even respond to an email and after all that can’t even send me the $160 that was deposited into my account just minutes before y’all decided to close my account it makes no sense and it is absolutely not right

- Express shipping for $25.00. Your card will arrive in 2 business days, and a $25.00 fee will be deducted from your Varo Bank Account.
Where is my debit card?They told me 6-9 business days. I spoke to them and they had told me it would be here Thursday the latest which would have been 9 business days.
It didn't show up then, the next day Friday, still nothing and today Saturday still nothing. I haven't been able to access my money for 2 weeks now and haven't help me in anyway.

According to Varo Money FAQs you may reach Varo Money customer service by phone at 1-80*-827-6526 Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time and Saturday - Sunday, 11 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time (excluding federal holidays). So, it's 7 pm when they stop working on Saturday.
When can I use my card.
