I have issues with 3 transactions. Called varo hotline.

Told to use online chat.

Asked multiple questions and received no adequate response. Not sure how to get my money back and why they don't have a proper customer service team

They are holding my SSA checks!

I called SSA to see where my disability check is for this month. My check was released March 3rd ( I always get my check between the 3rd and the 7th).

However, Varo says I'm not getting my check until March 31st!!! Which means VARO IS HOLDING MY PAYCHECK FOR NO REASON!!!
PLUS... I'm owed some more back pay that has also been released and supposed to have dropped on the 14th. VARO HAS THAT TOO!!!
ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN!!!

THEY WENT TO ALL BOTS ON TEXT AND CALLS SO NO ONE CAN HELP ME!!!
Such POOR customer service, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
WILL BE MOVING ALL MY FUNDS TO ANOTHER BANK AND SET UP DIRECT DEPOSIT WITH THEM. THIS ACCOUNT WITH VARO IS FIXING TO BE WIPED, BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF MY MONEY!!!

Like I said I used to be a customer with them for many years until they change their system it's really messed up on how they really treats their customers and when you tell them that you can't sign into the app when they know that they only answered messages through apps it's crazy I think I know now time to part ways from them and they don't care they didn't give me a call back it just keeps sending me stupid emails that's just keep saying that it's the wrong email are there get in touch with another department it's the same thing over and over I'm so sick of them
