I need to update my email from my Varo account. I've been without my meds and things for almost two months, and that's because I can't pay my copay fees.

- Cannot reach customer service or speak with anyone.
- Can't log in to my account or access my money.
- It feels like my money is being taken.
It has been horrible I can't get any customer service at all unless I have the last four numbers of the card that I don't have 4 numbers I cannot give them. But because there is no voice prompted automated system and because I don't have those four numbers I can't get a hold of anyone in customer service and I cannot access my money
No customer service it is so hard to get a person if I can't log into my account how am I going to be able to chat with somebody I need to speak to a person this is absolutely ridiculous. I have money on my card and you guys won't give it to me and it's you're stealing for me I need access to my money

- Making it so difficult to talk to a person when you have a problem because we cant always get into our account to talk to my chat
User's recommendation: Don't do it you will set up your password and then all of a sudden it will change or it won't be good anymore

- Opened this account thinking it was legit.
- Transfers say three business days, but mine are late.
- I’m closing this account and do not recommend it.
When I opened this account I thought this was legit bank account. But I know this is when I transfer from my main account to this account it says it would transfer into three business days.
I'm not happy with the outcome cuz now it's been way past that and I still haven't received my funds and it's not pending or anything everybody is telling me something different meaning the receptionist for viaro. Because if we say we're going to pay them they're going to expect their pay I expect mine when they tell me I'm supposed to get it now it's something different I am closing this account and I advise you to do the same

I cannot get any customer service help whatsoever because you want the last four numbers that I don't have of a card that I don't have, and I have not gotten any help. I need access to my account.
I keep trying to change my password, and it's still not letting me in.
I need someone to call me, please, at 626-682-****. I need the money that I have in that account.

God only knows if it was closed, suspended, or had some difficulties or concerns.

Sometimes you just need to speak to a live person, which proved impossible with VARO Bank. Seems like the technical service is nonexistent; only bots remain.

Didnt receive my check yet what s da te do you think i receive my SSI check it come direct deposit on Varo last month it was the 26do you have any idea what day you think it will be in. May we normal get it it early and it the 25 and there nothing on there I need to. It groceries I was really counting on my check today

- Refund was sent to wrong address; I couldn't reach them and never opened an account, losing my apartment.
never to trust this varo bank I sent them all my documents before so they sent my refund check to to a different address knowing that my ID I sent them has my mailing address why would they send my refund check to other stupid address that I never give them cuz of there mistake that varo bank make I lost my apartment I am disabled 100% now I'm homeless this bank shouldn't be open for business the they take people
varo bank only has one phone number. I have been trying to get a hold of them for quite a while about my refund check.
They made mistakes by sending it to a different address. I can't get a hold of them. This is so sad how they can do wrong to a customer.
I lost my apartment for non-payment because varo bank sent my check somewhere else. Now I have been homeless for 2 years and never opened an account with varo.

I need to unlock my card, but I don't have use of the cell phone anymore, and I still have cash on the card.
Stolen money from my account and when I was trying to contact the bank, I mean it took me all day just to get to the right spot that I could file my complaint. it just wasn’t helpful.

My card was stolen without my knowledge and my account was hacked in $364 was taken. I tried to get the information to the bank as soon as possible, but the app was just not helpful at all in locating the and locating the incident to the bank and I just I mean Im lost for words and Ill make a lot of money and the money I do have is gone now so I like to get it back as soon as possible thank you.

Was withdrawn in Dorchester, Massachusetts. I dont know how my car got to Dorchester because I use my my Phone wallet my virtual card so Im really confused but I appreciate it if you guys can get back to me as soon as possible thank you.

Stolen money from my account
- On March 27, 2026, I got a text about a $364 transaction.
- I called dispute line; no help; I use Apple Wallet and didnt realize the card was missing.
So March 27, 2026 Bedford Massachusetts at my wifes house when I looked at my phone I noticed it I got a text stating that theres been a transaction with $364. I called the dispute on thing I just had to run around there was nobody helped me the voice recognition guy.
It just was living in *** $364 stolen from my account. Im in Dorchester. I dont know whats going on? I didnt know my card was missing cause I use my Apple.
I use my my wallet my wallet in my phone when I do things so I really dont take the card. I dont know if it I dont know if I dropped it somewhere or something, but it was stolen and when you were stolen from my account, appreciate your help
